Molino de las Tablas is a converted flour mill approx. 150
years old.
During the last two years the property has been refurbished to the highest
standards whilst retaining its original charm and character.
Set beside the river, which never dries up, the property is uniquely placed
to be secluded yet being only a 10 minute stroll from the nearest town of
Riogordo and benefiting from excellent road links to Malaga airport (50
minutes), Granada, Seville and Cordoba. Riogordo provides all the facilities
for day to day living including; banks; supermarkets; school; doctors and
pharmarcy; butchers and fishmongers; restarants and numerous small bars.
It is home to approx. 2,500 people and is host to the famous “passion

is Lake Vinuela and a further 10 minutes takes you to Velez-Malaga and the
coast at Torre del Mar.

The apartments surround the courtyard and consist of one double bedroom
apartment with new shower room and sitting room/kitchen and another with
two double bedrooms sitting room with open fire and kitchen and a new shower
room. These are perfect for extended family or ideal to provide a rental
income through rural tourism.
The gardens and grounds are extensive, there is a good sized swimming pool
and many deep terraces planted with fruit trees. There is also a small
herb garden. All the hard terracing is new and several are shaded by grape
